Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._ **Responsibilities** Lead post-acute pharmacy strategy by implementing and enhancing prescription growth measures for consumer experiences that align with the organization’s mission. + Plan, direct and coordinate the overall operations of community, specialty, and home deliverypharmacies across the organization. + Ensure ongoing performance improvements meet all regulatory standards, consumer experience targets, growth goals and other relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). + Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders inside and outside the pharmacies to maintain an efficientand safe medication use system. Build relationships to establish partnerships and affiliations. + Serve as the subject matter expert for post-acute pharmacy care and tracks industry benchmarks to ensure organizational risks are mitigated. + Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff. \#Le@der \#LI-REMOTE **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Pharmacist required.
