Skills and Competencies

Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze training data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions.Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing large-scale training projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation.Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team of training professionals.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey training objectives and outcomes to stakeholders.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and continuously improve training programs to meet evolving requirements.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various e-learning tools and platforms, in addition to Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD) and Articulate Storyline.Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to mandatory training is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.Advanced degree or certifications in Talent Development or Learning and Development (preferred).

Responsibilities

This role supports our internal mandatory training function. This function is responsible for maintaining and administering required trainings to all employees globally. A successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational and operational expertise. While directing a small team this individual will also need to work across other departments within Talent Development such as operations to efficiently and effectively manage program roll outs.

Lead the compliance and legal mandatory training function.Liaise with internal stakeholders such as legal and compliance teams.Coordinate the maintenance and development of mandatory training content for the entire organization.Ensure standardized operational practices, including robust QA processes.Perform self-audits on the efficacy of existing assignments and configurations.
