This position will have responsibility for building out and day to day operational support of the Warehouse Financing business.Essential Job Functions:
Strong knowledge of the Warehouse Financing Solutions line of business; including support for Technology, Administrative Services & Asset Backed Commercial Paper programProficient knowledge of ProMerit functionality and use cases or ability to learn ProMerit quickly or learn new functionalityDemonstrates ability to process database configuration and communicate with technology teamsDevelop key documents to support WFS Clients: policies & procedures, service level agreements (i.e., performance metrics), marketing materials, project plans and client deliverablesDevelop and execute Project Plans for onboarding new clientsClosely coordinate across functional teams, primarily project management, ProMerit implementation and product specialist teamsParticipate and provide feedback in creating prospective client proposals, contract negotiations, service agreements and client presentationsHandle the day to day execution of all client needs (onshore responsibilities)Professional and timely communication with clients via conference calls, zooms and emailDemonstrates ability to manage multiple client requests or inquiriesDemonstrate ability to process client requests in a timely manner and meet deadlinesLiaise with offshore resources to ensure seamless coverage of all client requirementsOther activities as may be assigned by your managerQualifications/ Requirements:

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$58,000.00 - $110,000.00Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
