The Awake Night Direct Support Recovery Worker position pays $22.50-$23.50 per hour.\n

This position provides nighttime direct services to support a recovery lifestyle of people living in the program. All positions within this classification administer client medications and provide services that support a therapeutic co-occurring milieu.\n

This position also includes a $3500 sign-on bonus, $1750 paid upon 3 months of full-time employment, $1750 paid after 6 months of employment. This sign-on bonus applies to new hires.\n

DUTIES:\n\nCRMA required to pass and document both psych and medical medications to residents to fulfill and follow CRMA guidelines and duties. \nMonitor health and safety of residents. \nOvernight chores to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the program. \nCommunicate and provide relevant information and observations to day staff during shift changes. \nComplete required documentation. \nActively participate in supervision with direct supervisor. \nAttend required weekly clinical team meetings. \n\n

QUALIFICATIONS:\n

High School Diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred. 1-2 years of direct care\/mental health or relevant life experience preferred. \n
