Rite of Passage Team is hiring for Awake Night Staff at the Qualifying Houses in Minden, NV.✨

The Nevada Qualifying House located in Northern Nevada is a licensed Group Foster Home Designated to provide therapeutic services, education support, life skills training, and recreational activities for male youth between the ages of 8 and 17. Our program utilizes a trauma-informed model and evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care in a stable, therapeutic, homelike environment, with round-the-clock support from house parents and attentive staff. 

Pay: Starting at $17 per hour.

What you will do: Awake Night Staff are responsible for the supervision of students during the evening hours. You will be conducting a physical count every 1-15 minutes of the youth within the assigned living area and records the count on the student check sheet. 

To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Schedule: 4/10

B Shift - Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday 10:00 pm - 8:00 am
