ABOUT THE ROLE: The Awake Overnight On-Call Manager is responsible for overseeing the overnight shift, acting as the primary point of contact for any issues that arise within the Residential Department. They lead by providing guidance and support to overnight staff, ensuring adherence to policies, and filling in for staff when necessary. The manager conducts quality checks, offers feedback on staff performance, and ensures proper documentation. They also handle emergencies, provide transportation for medical needs, and ensure the safety and well-being of the people supported. Additionally, they model leadership by advocating for individuals, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with agency policies.
