AWS環境の運用・保守チームのリーダー。
クラウドインフラの運用管理、トラブルシューチング、運用改善を実施しシステムの安定稼働をお客様へ提供していただきます。
運用保守が主な業務となりますが、既存システムのサブシステム構築や機能追加などの構築対応も担当していただきます。
主な職務内容:
AWSインフラの設計、構築、運用、保守
・EC2、S3、RDS、AL、VPCなどのAWSサービスの管理
・インフラの監視とログ管理、問題発生時のトラブルシューティング
・インフラのセキュリティ対策の実施と維持
・システムの自動化とスクリプト作成
・新しい技術やサービスの評価、導入
・インシデント対応と障害分析
・ドキュメント作成/維持、知識共有
Also you will be responsible for following.
Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure – good at providing analysis, documenting and diagraming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally “figuring it out.” This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients.
There are two halves to this role: First, contributing to current projects where you analyze problems and tech issues, offer solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems. And second, long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution. This role isn’t specific to any one platform, so you’ll need a good feel for all of them. And because of this, you’ll experience variety and growth at Kyndryl that you won’t find anywhere else.
You’ll be involved early to offer solutions, help decide whether something can be done, and identify the technical and timeline risks up front. This means dealing with both client expectations and internal challenges – in other words, there are plenty of opportunities to make a difference, and a lot of people will witness your contributions. In fact, a frequent sign of success for our Infrastructure Specialists is when clients come back to us and ask for the same person by name. That’s the kind of impact you can have!
This is a project-based role where you’ll enjoy deep involvement throughout the lifespan of a project, as well as the chance to work closely with Architects, Technicians, and PMs. Whatever your current level of tech savvy or where you want your career to lead, you’ll find the right opportunities and a buddy to support your growth. ・コンテナ技術の知識（Docker、Kubernetes ※CaaSでも可）
・SREの知識と経験
Required Technical and Professional Experience
- Experience in designing and operating cloud infrastructure using AWS
- Experience in operating Linux/Unix systems
- Experience in operating middleware such as Web/AP and DB (Even if inexperienced, knowledge that allows operation is acceptable)
- Knowledge of network configuration and security (basic knowledge)
- Troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability
- Communication skills and team collaboration
- Fluent Japanese skills (Read/Write/speak)
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional)
- Experience in using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell)
- Experience in using infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Knowledge of container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes; also acceptable if using CaaS)
- Knowledge and experience in SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)
