AWS Alliance Manager

Actalent Services (formerly EASi LLC) is hiring an AWS Alliance Leader with prior experience building out and owning AWS/professional services partnerships for a permanent leadership role offering remote flexibility and growth potential. The AWS Alliance Leader will serve in a foundational role overseeing Actalent's current AWS Alliance Program including strategy, build and growth. This requires an experience Alliance leader from a mid-size professional services organization with strong knowledge of the AWS landscape. This individual will also partner internally in advising and aligning Actalent's Business Development and internal Software Engineering Practice Leaders to properly support and delivery on business targets.

Essential Functions

Advise, build and lead Actalent's Channel Partner Program that includes working cross-functionally to set strategy, securing alignment and investments, drive roadmap deliverables, and create scalable processesEnhance Actalent's current Engineering Services differentiation and positioning within AWS ecosystemAdvise Actalent's Global Software Practice to enhance capabilities to position for long term AWS revenue growthLead AWS strategic planning for partnershipGrow, maintain and deepen regional relationships within AWS Sales and Partner OrganizationEnsure practice alignment and organizational mapping across sales and technical teams to optimize greatest areas of value in AWS organizationDrive comprehensive AWS partner roadmap in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholdersIncorporate new AWS solutions, IP, and capabilities into existing offerings (i.e. productized offerings and service catalog)Collaborate with AWS sales and practice leadership to identify gaps and opportunities within partnershipCreate go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Actalent Services Sales Leadership as well as the AWS partner sales organizationIdentify, prioritize, and implement meaningful joint marketing campaignsWork closely with Actalent executive leadership to develop and align AWS strategies across industry verticalsOversee and provide accountability for AWS partner network portal administrationEnsure AWS partnership compliance and objective that Actalent Services maintains good standingAchieve annual AWS revenue generation and growth target

Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills

Minimum 10 years of professional experience working with global enterprise-scale organizationsMinimum 5 years of alliance management and/or channel development experience with proven success building and managing strategic partnerships with leading cloud providersEstablished network of contacts and relationships across a diverse range of roles and levels within AWS sales and partner organizationsMinimum 10 years of professional experience working with and/or for professional services and channel partnership organizationsSales enablement capabilities with proven track record of advising, driving and managing sales and sales team engagementExceptional problem-solving skills with deep understanding of business concepts, ability to identify solutions to optimize workflow and offer consultative sales experience to AWS partner managersExperience developing, managing and administering service agreementsExcellent communication skills with ability to interface and occasionally present to executive or c-suite level leaders

Compensation / Benefit Information:

Base Salary $150,000-$200,000, $50,000 Annual Performance Bonus Potential, Company Profit-Sharing Program, 4 Weeks Paid Time-Off, 6 Paid Holidays, Monthly Cell Phone Allowance, 401(k) (w/company match) and M/D/V Benefits
