Title: AWS Engineer
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: Extendable contract

The engineer is needed to assist in the design, implementation, and support of projects utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS). The immediate need is to implement and support one high visibility project incorporating AWS servers, related client domains, and Amazon Workspaces. Specific duties and responsibilities include:Install, upgrade, monitor, and administer AWS servers, including patchingInstall, upgrade, monitor and administer Amazon WorkspacesMonitor and administer backupsWork with IT management to develop and document standard processes/procedures for moving applications to AWSCarry out other related AWS duties as assignedQualifications:Three (3) years' experience in a production IT environment installing and administering Windows and Linux based infrastructure servicesThree (3) years' experience with AWS services and operationsExperience with migrating on-premises applications to AWSExperience with Amazon Workspaces and Workspaces Application Management (WAM)Experience with process/procedure documentation to establis
