Job Description Insight Global is looking for an AWS developer to join one of the largest transportation companies in North America. This role will be onsite 5 days/week in Calgary and will be a 5-month contract to start (with a high possibility for extension). We are looking for a skilled professional to join the team and assist with the development and maintenance of an advanced image recognition data pipeline. This role involves working with cutting-edge technology and ensuring seamless data flow from edge devices to the back-office systems. Skills and Requirements -6+ years of hands-on experience with AWS development -Experience with Linux-based edge devices and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker). -Proficiency in managing data pipelines and integrating with AWS services, including Lambda, S3, VPCs, EventBridge, SQS, and CDK. -Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting. -Proficiency in Python for coding and using CDK for deployments through AWS Code Pipeline. -Ability to contribute to other cloud development projects as needed. -Experience with SageMaker and/or IoT Core is a huge plus -Experience in the transportation industry null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
