Key roles and responsibilities include portfolio management and IT cycle planning. Position Duties:Provide support within NA for business managed IT. Assist business customers in developing a long term support model, development framework, and hosting plan for key portfolio applications.Provide support in the effort to collaborate with Business and IT partners to select and define IT project proposals.Support effort to collaborate with Business and IT partners to refine and rationalize portfolio cycle plan and secure funding for portfolio needs.Support regular reviews of portfolio performance, including financial, quality, customer satisfaction, intended business value, and portfolio risk and determine or approve appropriate actionsContribute to the annual planning and budgetary process for the IT functionSkills Required: Demonstrated capability to work effectively on cross-functional teamsAbility to build and maintain good business relationships with business, IT, vendorsAbility to quickly understand new business areas (process, technology, etc.)Ability to maintain a strong positive with a can-do attitudeDemonstrated capability in driving assignments to completionExperience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), PIM, data management (general)Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation)Proficiency in use of Microsoft Desktop tools, and an understanding of financial planning/ forecasting processesSkills Preferred: Pior Business IT/Portfolio Management experiencePior PD experience or knowledge of the PD Vehicle Evaluation and Verification space.Understanding / experience with Ford IT Financial processes and Portfolio ToolsExperience Required:More than five years experience in automotive ITExperience Preferred:Ford IT experienceEducation Required:BA or BS.
