**Additional Note on Location
The AWS Platform Ops team and the majority of GTO IOPS teams are located in PA, with a smaller but still substantial presence in our NC office. We also have crew in Melbourne, Australia and London, England. We do not yet have IOPS crew in our AZ location. This role will also serve as the beginning of branching IOPS into the AZ offices. This means that this leader will need to be capable and willing to work apart from their direct crew/peers and also to assist in building the IOPS presence and culture within the AZ site to truly build IOPS presence in this location.
