Job summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS, Apache Spark, and Abinitio admin. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to drive complex projects to successful completion. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

- Lead the planning and implementation of complex projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
- Provide technical expertise in AWS, Apache Spark, and Abinitio admin to guide project teams and resolve technical challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-mortem reviews.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to drive project success.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project progress and performance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their professional development.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
