Description We are in search of an AWS Terraform DevOps Engineer to join our team in St. Petersburg, Florida. This role involves the use of AWS and Azure platforms to develop and maintain cloud-based solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and will be responsible for the performance and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines • Design and implement cloud platform architecture in line with industry best practices • Troubleshoot and rectify complex issues related to the cloud • Ensure robust auditing and tracking mechanisms for cloud resources are in place • Develop and manage cloud-based solutions • Optimize cloud infrastructure for both performance and cost-efficiency • Ensure the security, resiliency, and business continuity of cloud-based solutions • Establish and manage spend controls across multiple cloud platforms • Design and implement multi-organizational enterprise architectures • Collaborate with teams to enhance the use of AWS Technologies, Cluster Analysis, Configuration Management, Terraform, Network Engineering, and Infrastructure as Code. Requirements • Proficiency in AWS Technologies • Extensive experience in Cluster Analysis • Demonstrated skills in Configuration Management • Expertise in using Terraform for managing Infrastructure as Code • Strong background in Network Engineering • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in DevOps Engineering • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex system configurations • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with other cloud platforms is a plus • Relevant certifications in AWS and Terraform will be considered an advantage.
