Your role

 

We are looking for a Purchasing to support our EssilorLuxottica Professional Solutions business in Indonesia. The Purchasing serves as the Purchasing Leader of the lens business, leading it toward growth and profitability through product, analysis‌ and reporting. The role requires aligning Customer Service decisions with the strategic objectives of the lens business. You are going to work closely with various departments to provide insights that help shape strategies and resource allocation decisions.

Main responsibilities:

 

Job Scope:

 

Prepare, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery  Verify accuracy of purchase orders before submission to suppliers  Monitor inventory ATK  Maintain communication with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and issues  Prepare reports on purchasing activities as required  Work closely with the other departments 

 

Main requirements:

 

D3 or S1 any Majority. 1 years of experience in purchasing or procurement Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with procurement software Ability to ensure accuracy in purchase orders and documentation Effective verbal and written communication for interacting with suppliers and team members Ability to identify issues and find solutions quickly Language : Bahasa and English.
