Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and professional AZ Driver to join our Transportation team! You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of metal materials to and from our recycling facilities.

What you're responsible for:

Operating an AZ-class commercial vehicle to transport metal materials to and from designated locations, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policiesSafely loading and unloading metal materials onto the truck using appropriate equipment and secure the load to prevent shifting or damage during transitPerforming manual tarping if necessaryPerforming routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck, ensuring that it is in good working conditionCompleting accurate and thorough records of deliveries and any other required documentation

Qualifications

To join our team: 

Valid AZ driver's license with a clean CVOR and Drivers AbstractExperience driving 18 speed manual transmission is requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience as an AZ DriverMust be physically fit to hand tarp 40 and 53yd binsCustomer service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical stamina and the ability to perform loading and unloading activities as requiredFamiliarity with metal recycling processes and materials is an asset
