What you need to be successful in the role

Minimum 21 years of ageClean driving recordMaximum three demerit points (preferred)Zero convictions or out-of-service events on CVOR abstract (preferred)Criminal record search (no offences under Criminal Code of Canada)Valid Class AZ or Class 1 driver’s licenceMust be Cross border capable Professional attitude and desire to be part of an award-winning teamMinimum 2 years of verifiable flatbed experience, including:Load securement using chains, binders, and strapsExperience with tarping various types of loadsUnderstanding of weight distribution and axle regulationsHauling steel, lumber, machinery, or other standard flatbed freightKnowledge of oversized load requirements (preferred but not mandatory)Minimum age requirement for truck ownership: 7 years (trucks older than 7 years will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis)An Owner Operator designated to the Flatbed Division must have the following minimum equipment:Bulkhead on Tractor (Headache Rack)10 Transport-Grade 3/8 Chains with Hooks10 Screw Binders20 – 3” Straps + BindersTarps with End Flaps & 3 Rows of Tie DownsMiscellaneous "Softeners" and Load ProtectionOversized Load Signs & Flags2 Revolving or Strobe Lights for O.D. Loads (Preferred, not required)Protective Equipment as RequiredAdditional Tarps for Incidental TarpingWhat to Expect:Service across all 48 states, Western Canada, Ontario & QuebecFreight moves wherever our customers needDispatch is based on priority – considering driver availability, customer needs & load requirementsExpect a minimum commitment of 5–14 full days or more for optimal miles
