Responsibilities: + Lead the development of AI strategies and roadmaps, aligning technology solutions with business goals and objectives. + Design and architect advanced AI solutions, integrating multiple AI technologies to meet complex project requirements and drive innovation. + Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in AI solution development and deployment. + Oversee the integration of AI solutions with existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow. + Design and implement data architectures that support AI solutions, leveraging advanced database systems and ensuring data quality and security. + Partner with Project Managers to manage AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. + Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization. + Collaborate with peers to architect and implement AI solutions that meet defined customer business objectives. + Assist with the development or improvement of deployment solution architecture and standards. Requirements + Experience: + At least 7 years of experience in a technical environment (Azure preferred), with a minimum of 3 years in AI solution development and architecture. + Technical Skills: + Expertise in AI technologies, including Azure AI Services and OpenAI models. + Strong skills in Python or C# programming, with experience in designing and implementing Data and AI solutions. + Advanced knowledge of data management concepts, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and data lakes. + Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence tools, including Power BI, SQL Server and Databricks. + Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders. + Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative AI solutions. Additional Qualifications: + Familiarity with Azure Data Estate, including SQL DB, Cosmos DB, and Data Lake. + Experience with advanced AI development tools and frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. + Knowledge of Azure ML and Prompt Flow is a plus. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time.
