In support of RBG Kew's mission, you will be responsible for the upkeep and advancement of essential Azure and Office 365 cloud services. These systems are the backbone of our IT services, catering to both internal and external users. Your primary focus will be on Azure system design, installation, optimisation and troubleshooting. You will play a key role in aiding the IT team in the seamless delivery, monitoring, and management of our daily production environments. This includes enhancing system security, configurations, and maintenance, and ensuring that documentation is kept up to date.
