Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Terraform scripts for provisioning Azure cloud resources.
• Develop and enforce RBAC policies, Azure AD roles, and access controls.
• Deploy and manage computer, networking, storage, and security components in Azure using IaC using Terraform.
• Automate provisioning and maintaining of Azure VMs using Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Create PowerShell or Python scripts for cloud automation and operational tasks.
• Optimize infrastructure for performance, cost, and scalability.
• Collaborate with security teams to define IAM policies and governance standards.
• Implement Azure Policy and configuration management for compliance.
• Set up monitoring using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Security Center.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices and industry compliance standards.
• Work with DevOps and Security teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
• Maintain clear documentation for Terraform code and RBAC implementations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 8-10 years of engineering experience working in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) environment.
• Experienced in the public cloud, demonstrated ability to lead, provisioning, and maintain systems design and architecture, deployments
• Experience with Azure DevOps development with networking experience (provisioning NSGs, virtual network, subnets, virtual network appliances using IaC) as part of a Scrum development team.
• Experience with Azure
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with DevOps tools and GitHub
• Solid coding practices like good design documentation, unit testing, and peer code reviews; provide support to team members during solution development, release planning, and deployments
• Ability to learn and adapt to new, sophisticated development environments; passionate about building and improving features in a fast pace, team-oriented environment
• Build / Enhance capabilities using JSON, Terraform
• Strong customer focus, ownership, vitality and drive with excellent judgment, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Agile planning/execution skills including estimating, scheduling, and completing committed schedules
• Good communication skills, ability to work well in a team, project management, and technical leadership experience

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $106,200 -$185,800.
