IT Service Management and IT Service Delivery:Identify, Analyze, Prototype, Implement and Operate/Maintain IT services based on Azure CloudCreate and Maintain Service Descriptions and Operational Level Agreements for the IT servicesWork on IT Compliance topics (i.e. Export, Privacy)Support Cybersecurity assessments and classificationsEnsure proper service documentation in IT toolsEnsure proper service cost calculation, monitoring, optimization and charging of IT servicesSupport team planning for related IT servicesPrepare budget planning for related IT servicesDevelop, introduce and ramp up new IT servicesClosely collaborate with the technical team colleagues (Architect, DevOps Engineers) and the Scrum Master for developing, implementing and operating of IT servicesSupport the cloud department in strategy development and implementation
IT Account Management:Coordinate pre-sales activities with prospective clients and Architects / Team LeadsClosely communicate and work with business stakeholdersPromote offered IT servicesIdentify potential new services based on demands
Processes:Define and optimize operational processes and procedures in close collaboration with Architects / TeamsCreate transparency, operational excellence, define KPIs and reportsSetup a good service management for incidents and service requestsWork with in an agile process
Chapter Lead / Team Lead:Support the team colleagues regarding personal development and growthSetup training and growth plans for the team colleaguesSupport the department manager regarding team planning and developmentBe the responsible in-country manager for the department colleagues at the same locationWork on P&O related topics for the local department colleagues
We are looking for someone with…Completed Bachelor's or Master’s degree or a comparable qualification in computer science or related technology fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations & supportMinimum of 3 years of experience in the area of Azure CloudMinimum of 1 year of experience in the area of people managementOptionally experience in the area of Atlassian Software Suite (Jira, Confluence)Strong working knowledge of ITIL principles, ITSM, IT compliance and cybersecurityStrong collaboration and team development skillsStrong communication, facilitation, coaching and mentoring skillsStrong organizational capabilitiesExperience in working with virtual, globally distributed, multicultural teams remotelyWritten and spoken English and Portuguese on a proficient level is a must, additional language like German is a plusFundamental Azure Cloud knowledge is a must, more in-depth Azure knowledge is a plusGood agile process knowledge and mindset, preferably SAFe® certified
