Job Description Our client is looking for a DevOps Engineer to operate as their subject matter expert with Azure.  The team is called OAI Operation Analytics and Insights, consisting of Data Scientists and Data Engineers that support the overall customer service experience and voice of the customer and  They are currently working on real-time call transcription. Theyre utilizing NICE for text transcription and have a parallel workstream in Microsoft transcribing customer calls real-time, and this team is building AI models from this.  Many elements of data are collected from the call including intent identification, sentiment analysis, etc. and there can be up to 300,000 calls per day.  Everything is housed in their Azure environment, and this consultant will help with the existing resource accounts and also help migrate accounts.  Provide network security, support virtual networks, and work heavily in the Azure ML and AI studios.  Provide deployment support.
