**Job Description: Position Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Data & Analytics Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-impact data projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience with data analytics initiatives, and expertise in leveraging Clienture DevOps for work management. This role will require excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to lead cross-functional teams and ensure project success. **Key Responsibilities** **Project Planning and Execution:** + Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. + Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. + Manage and prioritize tasks using Clienture DevOps to ensure on-time delivery. **Work Management:** + Utilize Clienture DevOps to create and manage backlogs, user stories, and work items. + Monitor project progress through boards, sprints, and reporting dashboards. + Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. **Team Leadership:** + Lead cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. + Foster collaboration, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines. + Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and roadblocks effectively. **Stakeholder Communication:** + Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear and transparent communication. + Prepare and present project status reports, KPIs, and analytics insights to stakeholders. + Gather and document requirements for data and analytics solutions. **Quality Assurance and Delivery:** + Ensure data projects adhere to quality standards and meet business requirements. + Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of data analytics solutions. + Promote the adoption of best practices in data management and analytics. **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. + 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on data and analytics projects. + Proven expertise in using Clienture DevOps for project and work management. **Skills:** + Familiarity with data platforms, tools, and technologies (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Clienture Data Factory, or similar). + Understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologies. + Proficiency in project management tools and techniques. + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively. **Preferred Qualifications:** + PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification. + Experience in cloud-based analytics projects using Clienture services. + Understanding of data governance, data quality, and BI best practices. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
