We’re seeking a skilled and innovative Azure/D365 Engineer to join our Infrastructure Team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments and Azure integrations. Your work will ensure our systems align with industry best practices, maintain high availability, and support business-critical integrations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in environment management, DevOps, and Azure/D365 platform configurations. 

In This Role\nDeploy, manage, and maintain Dev, Test, QA, and Production environments in Lifecycle Services (LCS) \nPerform environment refreshes and maintain data consistency in non-production environments \nConfigure and monitor integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and other tools to ensure seamless data flow between Dynamics 365 and external systems \nDevelop and manage pipelines for code deployment using Azure DevOps, automating build, test, and release processes for custom D365 applications \nUse Azure Monitor and Application Insights to track, analyze, and optimize system performance \nDiagnose and resolve environment and application performance problems, maintaining alignment with D365 best practices \nOversee updates, hotfixes, and patches through LCS to ensure stability and compliance \nImplement Azure AD-based Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and manage audit logs, encryption, and compliance settings across environments \nMonitor Azure resource consumption, analyze D365 storage usage, and recommend cost-saving strategies \nPartner with development, infrastructure, and business teams to support ongoing projects and resolve integration issues \nAct as the go-to resource for D365 environment and integration-related challenges \nOther duties as assigned by Management\nUphold our core values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest\nReach for excellence\nAct with responsibility\nValue the whole person\nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n

The Ideal Person\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience \n3+ years of experience managing Azure and Dynamics 365 environments \nProficiency in Lifecycle Services (LCS) for D365 environment management \nHands-on expertise with Azure DevOps Pipelines, CI/CD automation, and Git \nStrong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions for integrations \nUnderstanding of performance monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights \nKnowledge of RBAC, security best practices, and compliance in Azure/D365 \nFamiliarity with third-party connectors and ISV integrations for D365 preferred \nExperience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus \nCertification in Microsoft Azure (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305) or D365 Fundamentals preferred \nProven experience with D365 full Life Cycle implementation is a plus \n
