WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
Responsible for delivering category business performance targets: growth, market share and profitability Leads the design and execution of the Category Go-To-Market strategy across all points of Retail contact – shopper, retailer, distributor. This covers: Creating omnichannel demand drivers from market, shopper and channel insights Driving key operational growth levers across different retail landscapes Landing successful innovations via differentiated deployment models across channels Ensures seamless brand operations via accuracy in supply and demand planning, meticulous financial management and efficient trade execution Develop and deploy robust category commerical plans and define right investment and execution model to deliver competitive, sustainable and profitable business results Bring the voice of the shopper and/or retailers into the country business unit to ensure plans are designed for channel especially in terms of portfolio and deployment plans Collaborates with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, supply chain and finance to drive category-channel growth agenda internally in Unilever Leading and developing teamLeadership:
