City Wide Facility Solutions St. Louis voted a “Best Place to Work in STL 2023” is seeking a professional individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Specialist. As a BDS with City Wide, you will be contacting decision makers of St. Louis businesses via telephone and email to set appointments. These appointments will be for our sales executives to meet with them to discuss solutions for their facility cleaning and maintenance needs.

Our Business Development Specialist is vital to our company's success and is an integral part of our organization. This is NOT a call center environment. We are a small office and you matter here!

Our qualified candidate will be dependable, have a pleasant phone voice, professional demeanor, a friendly upbeat personality, and the ability and desire to work in a small office setting where you will make a difference in the St. Louis area.

Other qualifications include:

One to two years of successful appointment setting experience making B2B outbound calls Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with CRM platforms (preferred) Highly organized and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet performance goals Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Salesforce experience helpful
