We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding customer accounts. Pay rate: $22/hr 4+ month assignment **Your primary duties will include:** + Contacting customers via phone and email to collect overdue payments + Resolving billing disputes and inquiries + Negotiating payment plans and settlement agreements + Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment history + Adhering to strict compliance and regulatory guidelines **Qualifications** + 2+ years of B2B collections experience + Strong communication and negotiation skills + Excellent organizational and time management skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 Suite **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
