What to expect:

Engaging with clients via email and phone to resolve inquiries and build rapportAssist the Order to Cash team in improving documentation and proceduresCollaborate with various departments to achieve team goalsManage tasks within given time frames and delivering high-quality work 

What will make you successful?

University student or graduate currently undergoing/completed a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related fields.Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from a wide range of backgroundsDemonstrating the ability to fully engage with clients, ensuring their concerns are understood and addressed accordinglySelf-motivated and proactive in seeking process improvements which effectively managing tasks in a fast-paced environmentExcellent collaborator with the ability to work effectively across different departmentsStrong time management skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality workFamiliarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, to efficiently manage tasks and data
