About the Job:
* Handle all front-end website changes as well as A/B and campaign landing testing.
* Analyze web traffic and use quantitative feedback to optimize conversion rate.
* Manage all paid media, social media and Google ads, and develop strategies to increase engagement rates.
* Funnel leads from the website to win higher conversion rates.
About You:
* 5+ years of demand generation experience are required.
* Experience with lead generation is required.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
* Proficiency in SEO tools and A/B testing tools.
* Working capabilities with CSS and HTML.
About the Position:
* $55/hr-$65hr, depending on experience
* Temporary for 6 months.
* Hybrid with 4 days/week onsite.
* Office in Arlington, VA.
