Hire Digital is seeking a skilled B2B Marketer (Full-time, Remote) to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, primarily focusing on social media engagement and content creation tailored for a technology audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B tech landscape and experience with social media listening tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy for a B2B tech brand, focusing on platforms like LinkedIn and the client’s website.Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with technology decision-makers and business leaders.Manage the entire content creation process, from ideation to publishing and community engagement.Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant updates across social media platforms.Utilize social media listening tools to monitor brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity, informing content and strategy.Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).Develop and execute sustainable marketing strategies that align with the brand’s values and goals.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader business objectives.REQUIREMENTSProven experience in B2B marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, or a related field, specifically targeting tech audiences.Demonstrated success in creating and executing social media strategies and campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills, with a strong ability to develop compelling, on-brand posts.Familiarity with social media performance metrics and analytics, including experience with social media listening tools.Knowledge of social media management tools and best practices for community engagement.Adaptable, creative mindset with the capability to generate innovative marketing ideas.Strong collaborative skills, able to work across departments and align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
