B2B Marketing Campaign Specialist (Lead Analyst) - EviCore Health Plan Solutions Marketing- Hybrid
This team member is responsible for B2B strategic marketing in the form of content oversight, customized market messaging, and development of key buyer experiences for our EviCore Growth and Account teams. This team member will be aligned to the EviCore business and partner closely with Product, Clinical, Sales Enablement, and Buyer Enablement to drive awareness and adoption of EviCore solutions and services among the health plan audience.
How you’ll make an impact:
Develop a strong understanding of buyers’ unique challenges and opportunities to position offerings to address and solve key healthcare challenges.Lead market research initiatives related to key product areas to understand audience perspectives, developing buyer insights and action plans.Translate complex and diverse subject matters into compelling ideas and messages that address client needs.Collaborate with internal and external partners on the development and distribution of health plan specific marketing strategies, content and campaigns across all channels to drive adoption of solutions and increase understanding of differentiators.Plan and monitor comprehensive marketing campaigns, which include strategic positioning, market messaging, client-facing sales enablement assets, and campaign analytics.Build effective product launch plans in partnership with the product and development teams to drive growth and relevance across Evernorth portfolio.Ideal candidates will offer:
4+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2B2C marketing, healthcare marketing experience preferredExperience developing thought leadership content (can include articles, whitepapers, video scripts, etc.)Ability to convert complex subject matter into simplified, impactful messaging – strong writing ability needed.Critical thinker and creative problem solver, who exercises good judgment in resolving difficult situations, prioritizes, and can balance needs with enterprise objectives.Experience developing and executing against integrated marketing plans within timeline, budget, and quality standards, including digital execution and measurementAbility to analyze data (research, campaign metrics) and apply it to messaging or strategic planning efforts; uses a test-and-learn approach to workAbility to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment, and while managing multiple projectsStrong relationship management skills, including the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teamsBachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in marketing or communications preferredAbility to work from a Cigna office 3 days a week, as directed by the businessScope:
Works collaboratively with internal business clients across several cross-functional areasThis role will also navigate relationships with agency partnersSuccess will be measured by the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in helping to meet margin and growth targetsIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
