About the Role

Welcome Pickups is seeking a B2B Marketing Operations Associate to enhance the operational capabilities within our B2B marketing team. This role involves the support of our B2B marketing initiatives through the deployment of marketing processes to assure cross-team collaboration, monitoring campaign performance, and assisting in the execution of B2B marketing initiatives to increase our partner base. The ideal candidate is familiar with HubSpot CRM and possesses the skills to increase the efficiency and scalability of our marketing efforts. This operational-centric role requires a mix of systems management and detailed execution to drive engagement and growth with our B2B partners. The role reports to the B2B Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing systems & CRM management: Supports the deployment and integration of marketing tracking systems (campaign management and automation) and ensures CRM data hygiene and integrity through regular audits. Process optimization: Develops and implements streamlined marketing processes to enhance workflow efficiency and consistency across the B2B team and maintains documentation of marketing processes, guidelines, and SOPs. Analytics and reporting: Monitors marketing performance metrics, provides detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, expenditure, and ROI across multiple B2B marketing initiatives (i.e., events, ads, ad-hoc campaigns, etc.), and creates dashboards for real-time campaign tracking using analytics tools and Hubspot. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, like sales and product, to align B2B marketing projects with company objectives, and keep teams updated on important changes in objectives and tactics through documentation. Event management: Provides hands-on support for virtual and in-person events, including logistics, technology setup, attendee management, and post-event follow-up. and helps with lead capture, follow-up processes, and post-event tactics to ensure maximum conversion. Marketing support: Actively supports the B2B team in lead generation and lead nurturing initiatives across various channels, including Google ads, social media, SEO, email marketing, and online events, and assists with operational tasks such as automation, lead routing, performance monitoring, and development of marketing materials.
