B2B Pricing Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:

Ability to create and maintain data and dashboards in Power BILeverage available reporting and dashboards to provide timely insights on performance in a way that facilitates data driven decision making.Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to build and deploy reporting capabilities related to strategic initiatives.Analyze key pillars of price, promotion, assortment, placement and effectively communicate complex findings to non-analytical peers.Identify and make recommendations to improve existing processes.Provide analytical support to the NA B2B team, working on ad-hoc cross-functional projects as required.Participate in annual planning process and review of key B2B initiatives and milestones.Support the B2B sales team with questions related to our pricing tools.Collaborate with the B2B sales team to provide pricing recommendations to potential customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or another analytical field.2+ years of work experience in pricing, finance, data analysis, or project management experience a plus.Experience with price, promotion, and assortment optimization is a strong asset.Strong analytical skillset with the ability to effectively manage priorities and risks.Ability to listen, be resourceful, and interpret information from a variety of sources.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Computer skills to include navigational ability in a networked environment and proficiency in Microsoft Word and email applications. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access and other data visualization platforms (PowerBI, Tableau). Experience with SQL is a plus.Due to global scope of the role working across time zones, flexibility around working hours is required.Comfortable with presenting to both customers and internal leadership and speaking to large audiences.
