In this position you will develop and execute integrated global marketing communication plans and assets in line with the Brand Positioning and Identity across various channels, including traditional media, digital marketing, CRM, hub, events, and public relations to build brand awareness/MOR, manage reputation, and communication performance for Philips Sonicare.

Your role:

Responsible to lead and strategically develop, maintain, and enhance Sonicare brand image & MOR, reputation, and value by overseeing its marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging in line with the brand positioning, to foster strong customer relationships and unlock the end-to-end customer experienceAbility to oversee an integrated long-term brand roadmap and implement a cohesive approach to customer communication across all channels, aligned with the overarching marketing objectivesAbility to design seamless and engaging customer-centric (online) engagement with the brand to optimize the customer experience journey across all touchpoints before, during, and after conversionAbility to utilize digital marketing techniques such as SEO , social media marketing, CRM, affiliate advertising to promote the brand and its offers across various digital channels and expand data(base).Develop and design integrated campaigns and marketing content; briefing, planning, message development, master asset/content, that actively engages the target audience, that is fit for platform, and according to market and transcreation requirements (paid, owned, earned asset matrix)Ability to integrate various customer interaction platforms and develop targeted strategies incl CRM journeys, to deliver a seamless experience and engage each audience segment based on their unique needs.Delivers upon innovative, efficient, and culturally relevant consumer and professional centric marketing communication initiatives / campaign platforms for the brandResponsible for optimizations and monitors standards for effectiveness of the Marcomm plans and integrated campaigns to raise the norms collaborating with media, ,com, CRM, Amazon, sales, production and Regional teamsAbility to plan, execute and oversee projects effectively including defining objectives and managing competing constraints, to successful project completion (agile/scrum preferred)Drives consistent and distinctive Brand Personality and Tone of Voice at category comms levelAbility to manage marketing/communications agencies by developing and implementing policies, as well as overseeing the daily operations incl SOW, budget and resource management  Act as an advisor, providing ongoing support to elevate marketing and comms strategy and challenge traditional thinking around the brand, category, consumer, professional and creative context



You're the right fit if:

Global Brand Builder with at least 8 years of experience in multiple marketing disciplines; well-rounded marketer with strong business and consumer understanding5+ years of experience in B2B preferably with personal care products (B2C is a plus)You have a wide network and understanding of the Oral healthcare sectorGlobal Marcomm experience (5 years min.) with a proven track-record in creative excellenceStrong communication and stakeholder management experience is a mustFluent written and spoken English other languages are an advantageManaged a roster of global A+ (creative) agencies



How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
