We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who can lead and execute data-driven SEO strategies to drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and attract high-intent B2B audiences. You’ll play a critical role in optimizing our websites (clearlinkconsulting.com and business.org) to engage SMB and enterprise decision-makers, collaborating with content teams to ensure every piece of content aligns with search intent, user experience, and business goals.

You’ll combine technical SEO expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of B2B user journeys to deliver measurable results.

As the SEO Specialist, you will help shape how businesses discover Clearlink Consulting’s solutions and expertise. By aligning SEO strategy with B2B buyer intent, you’ll ensure we not only attract organic traffic but also engage and convert the right decision-makers. Your work will directly support our mission to streamline complex IT decisions for SMBs and enterprise clients.

The Impact You Will Make Develop and Execute B2B SEO Strategies: Build tailored strategies for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic search visibility, focusing on keywords that attract business decision-makers and drive conversions. Perform Keyword Research for B2B Audiences: Identify high-value search opportunities across SMB and enterprise verticals, including top-of-funnel educational content and bottom-of-funnel solution-based queries. Collaborate with Content Teams: Work closely with the Content Manager and Copywriter to optimize content for B2B buyer intent, ensuring that blog posts, landing pages, and resources speak directly to business owners, IT decision-makers, CFOs, and other stakeholders. Conduct Comprehensive SEO Audits: Analyze site health, architecture, and performance using tools like Screaming Frog and SEMrush. Prioritize optimizations that improve crawlability, indexation, and user experience for business-oriented queries. Drive Link-Building Initiatives: Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies to increase domain authority, focusing on B2B-relevant websites and industry publications. Monitor Performance and Report Insights: Analyze key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rates, and conversion rates. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve results. Stay Ahead of B2B Search Trends: Keep up with search algorithm updates, trends in B2B buyer behavior, and emerging SEO tools to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective. Technical SEO Leadership: Partner with web developers to implement structured data, page speed improvements, and other technical optimizations that enhance site performance. What You Bring  Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth and improving search engine rankings. Previous experience optimizing websites targeting B2B audiences is preferred (e.g., lead generation, tech/IT solutions). Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze SEO data, uncover opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable strategies. Collaboration Skills: Proven experience working cross-functionally with content teams to optimize for both search engines and B2B buyer intent. Results-Driven Focus: Ability to identify and prioritize SEO efforts that not only increase organic traffic but also drive high-quality leads and conversions. B2B Search Understanding: Ability to identify search terms and content opportunities across different B2B buyer funnel stages (awareness, consideration, decision). Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.  SEO Tools Expertise: Proficient in tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker. Technical SEO Knowledge: Experience with structured data, site speed optimizations, and schema implementation. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
