Support to the projects or transactions of the B2B Service & Support teamTake part in defining the remote support troubleshooting processes and actively provide remote technical support to customers.Support to manage the B2B Customer Satisfaction Survey with all parties concerned (Partner, Canon Turkey and Survey provider)Support to determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific services and solutions
