We are seeking a B2B Social Media & Content Strategist to partner with one of the leading commercial entertainment providers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling and data-driven strategy. This team member will be critical in creating and executive a Social strategy that engages, entertains, and empowers an audience of business owners. The ideal candidate brings strong Social management skills, excellent copywriting abilities, and the ability to analyze & optimize for performance. You’ll have the chance to directly influence how a leading entertainment brand connects with business owners nationwide.
The Impact You Will Make Success in this role entails increasing follower count on Social channels, improving audience engagement, and driving B2B leads Create engaging content that showcases the brand partner’s personality, builds followers, and creates a positive image for the company Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) Set and execute specific objectives and strategies for social media growth through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification in alignment with the Social strategy and Content pillars Differentiate Social content to the different target audiences and the strengths of the different Social profiles. Lead collaboration with various influencers and employee ambassadors to build social-first content Provide strategic recommendations for new channel growth and experimental tactics to support brand goals Strategize brand involvement in real-time social media trends Oversee and/or collaborate with brand marketing team on social media accounts’ design in alignment with the brand (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout) and product initiatives. Analyze performance data to inform future content creation, strategy adjustments, and reporting What You Bring Industry Expertise: Experience working within the B2B space, particularly with SMB owners in industries like hospitality, retail, and food & beverage. High knowledge of U.S. professional sports leagues and their fan demographics. Social Media Mastery: Deep understanding of social platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.) and their audiences. Experience in differentiating strategies for platforms and optimizing content for engagement. Proficiency in social analytics tools to extract insights and adjust strategy accordingly. Content & Copywriting Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a focus on concise, compelling messaging. Strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and English language nuances. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable strategies. A “So What” and “Now What” approach to social analytics, always seeking to refine and improve.
