Primary Purpose
The FP&A Analyst is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing operating expenses. Additionally, the position supports their business partners through business decision-making and ad hoc analysis of financial performance and trends.
Principal Duties
Prepare and analyze departmental and company operating budgets and forecasts Creates variance analysis reports and financial models for management Build strong working relationships with business partners and develop a deep understanding of the department’s role and contribution to the company Responsible for clear and concise communications between business partners and FP&A Understand basic accounting principles
Qualifications & Skills
Education/Experience:
Minimum Level: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Majors: Accounting, Finance, Business
Experience
Minimum Level: 1-3 years
Technical Skills:
SAP/S4 SAC MS Excel/Spreadsheets MS Powerpoint/Presentations MS Outlook MS Word/Word ProcessingSoft Skills:
