Job Title: HRIS BA/QA
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Contract: 3-6 Months, potential extension
Pay Target: $55/hr (W2)
People & Culture systems provide critical data to ensure organizational functions run in the most efficient and effective manner. This role is responsible for supporting People & Culture data and systems processes including requirements documentation and testing for data integrations.
+ Support the People & Culture technology capability project to maintain the HRIS and integration capabilities including a focus on process improvement, data quality, system administration, automation, and self-service
+ Partner with local, regional, global and external vendor IT organizations to document, test, and implement changes
+ Maintain required documentation ensuring timely updates occur as needed
+ Coordinate major systems releases and critical run activities such as lower environment refreshes, certificate updates, SSO maintenance, etc.
+ Experience with HR technologies preferred, specifically SAP Success Factors
