Job Description

The Global Commercial Reporting & Analytics (GCR&A) team provides scalable delivery of services across omnichannel and commercial reporting capabilities. These services not only introduce new capabilities but also seek to drive improvements in operational costs by maximising shared service capabilities for 50+ Sales and Marketing companies.

This candidate will be responsible for gathering thorough user reporting requirements, accountable for creating requirement documentation and completing quality assurance to ensure all requirements are met.  The candidate must be able to be a liaison to the business end users and to the developers.  

Accountabilities

Serve as a key liaison between Business End Users, IT and PowerBI Development team; partners to identify their reporting requirements or data needs.Translate these business needs into technical database requirements and work with development teams to implement these requirements.Develop requirements documentation with acceptance criteria for hand over to PowerBI development teams.Collaborate continuously with the Agile Scrum team to groom, refine issues and plan sprints to implement new reporting efficiencies, landmark or scoping efforts.Assist in presenting reporting requests to main partners and identify training needs.BA skills to combine all the teams’ details into one, good at documentation and process management.

Consultancy/Project Management experience and supporting the team making the right decisions, planning and thinking about the future.Partner with Digital Data Governance to assist in data profiling, testing, and onboarding new data sets.Point of contact for any data related reporting questions or assist with solve data related issues.Partner with QA/Hypercare teams to ensure relevant tagging and data issues have been resolved or are being supervised.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.Experience with gathering user requirements, developing system documentation, testing or analytical business reports.Demonstrated interest in using digital solutions to meet critical business needs.Experience in oral and written communication including analysis, report preparation and report presentation.Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.Improve training and operational procedures within a business to improve efficiency and productivity.Supervise implementation projects from beginning to completion.Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights.

Requirements

3 - 5 years’ experience working in a role associated with reporting, analytics, and/or data management.Demonstrated understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing and advertising including multichannel and omnichannel.Demonstrable experience working with detailed report visualizations and data management.Domain Expert in PowerBI Solid understanding of Data Modeling particular BI Semantic ModelsExperience using digital marketing channels to achieve marketing goals.Ability to explain business requirements to a technical audience.Ability to build trusted relationships across a range of partner groups including Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Technology.Ability to handle multiple projects running in parallel.Ability to drive outcomes while managing a team of indirect reports.Project management experience including risk mitigation and planning.Ability to influence, motivate, and inspire change.Demonstrated experience in problem solving and continuous improvement.Upbeat, self-motivated, positive teammate.Digital Operations experience.

Desirable

3+ years pharmaceutical brand marketing experience.Experience working with MicroStrategy.Experience with agile principles and scrum delivery models.
