Business Analyst Level 2  Experience Skillset 9-10 years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required  At least 4-6 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required  Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst  SME Knowledge of more than one payor domains such as Membership Claims Benefits Pricing Vendor Delegation etc  Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD RTM User Stories etc  Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies  Self starter with strong communication presentation relationship building and strategic analytical skills  Strong time management goal setting and task prioritization abilities
