For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $70 - $73 / hr. w2_ **Responsibilities:** Design and develop scalable back-end data services using SaaS-based technology. • Work within an Agile methodology to provide expertise and share best software development practices with the team. • Collaborate with product owners, quality engineers, and cross-functional teams to provide solutions and solve design and architectural problems. • Leverage existing open-source technology to meet business demands. • Contribute to the modernization of an accounting system that impacts the financial industry. **Experience Requirements:** • Proven commercial experience with Java. • Strong knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Lombok, JUnit, and Swagger. • Experience with web technologies and architecture, including: o Microservices o Distributed cloud services (preferably Azure) o Distributed data (Kafka, Spark) o REST/GraphQL APIs o Working knowledge of relational and in-memory databases: Oracle, Redis • Fluent in spoken and written English. **Education Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
