Job Description: * Builds, leads and maintains a high-performing self-organized Agile team * The Back End Integration Analyst manages product feature deliveries through their entire SDLC * Coaches the team, removes impediments, and builds team psychological safety * Drives team and stakeholder common understanding on deliverables * Engages in prioritization discussions with stakeholders on team backlog * Establishes and maintains effective communications with key stakeholders * Delivers on team commitments, managing scope, schedule and quality * Improves and documents team processes, updates deliverables status * The Back End Integration Analyst identifies gaps, issues, risks, missing details in requirements and deliverables * Translates technical concepts to non-technical people
