The ideal candidate is an experienced leader and team player that is passionate about technology and committed to lifelong learning, possessing the ability to apply their technical knowledge, skills and experience to solve complex/real-world problems.   Examples of the technologies we currently use include: JavaScript/HTML (React, Playwright) Java (Dropwizard, Jersey, Jetty, Jackson, Maven, JPA, REST) AWS (SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, Cloudwatch, Firehose, Glue, S3, Lambda) DevOps (Jenkins, Terraform, Packer) Process (JIRA, Confluence, GIT) Minimum Qualifications: US Citizen or Permanent Resident living in the United States 3+ years of development experience Java (Dropwizard, JPA) JavaScript/HTML (React) Prior technical consulting experience working with large enterprise clients Demonstrable versatility in multiple front-end and back-end technologies Deep experience in building RESTful web services and backend web platforms Ability to solve complex problems with elegant and maintainable solutions using modern JavaScript and Java frameworks  Preferred: AWS (SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, Cloudwatch, Firehose, Glue, S3, Lambda) DevOps (Jenkins, Terraform, Packer) 5+ years of experience with hands-on experience in full-stack development Participation on an agile / scrum software delivery team A strong foundation in computer science, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns Ability to obtain and maintain a post start NACI  Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.    This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.   The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
