Your responsibilities

Migration of insurance data (insurance policies, renewals, renewal preparations etc.) between systems.Become familiar with current corporate client policies. Attending all scheduled training, coaching sessions, and assessments.Ensuring that any data that may be considered confidential is not distributed.Analysing and responding to inquiries. Verification of inquiries, documenting all actions taken and responses provided in the corporate client database precisely and in a timely manner.

QualificationsFluent in German (min. B2).Attention to details.High level of communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel.Ability to work effectively in a team.

Optional

Good English.Knowledge of Underwriting or Insurance Brokage.Knowledge/Experience in Policy Administration System in insurance market (New Business, Renewals, Renewal Preparation).
