With the Diamonds Direct Back Office Manager position, we are looking for a RHINO that will serve as the backbone of in-store daily operations, because without YOU, there is no US! Our ideal RHINO has a passion for the jewelry industry, as this position provides a firsthand look at what makes a luxury retailer run smoothly.

Responsibilities may include:

Shipping and receiving inventoryOversees inventory control at the store levelSpecial ordersVendor relationship managementDemonstrates attention to detail and has a sense of urgencyAssists store team with merchandise questions and customer ordersManage a team

Requirements

Previous customer service and/or vendor management experienceExperience in a luxury retail jewelry environment preferredGood communication skillsProficient computer skillsA commitment to personal excellenceInclusive team player with a positive attitudeDependableWell organized, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task**Must be able to work Saturdays**
