Job Description
The Floater will perform quality team-based patient care under the direct supervision of a clinician for both clinical and administrative functions to promote health and wellness in a safe and friendly environment. The role supports the clinician and care management teams in assessing, maintaining chronic disease management, examining, and treating the patient population. The medical assistant floater is responsible for performing all laboratory testing procedures and phlebotomy, including venipuncture, finger sticks, and heel sticks. This floating employee will be working in various offices to support in either the MA role or a dedicated lab role.

This position is 100% onsite and involves floating between various clinic locations: Skylake, Miami Beach, Aventura, and Causeway. Typical work hours are Monday-Friday (10:00 AM-7:00 PM) and every-other-Saturday (7:45 AM-12:00 PM). The opportunity includes a mileage reimbursement of $0.67/mile when traveling between clinics. If floating outside of core locations, a $20 gas card is provided. The company offers training on manual vitals. Locations include Skylake: 1610 NE Miami Gardens Dr, N Miami Beach, FL; Miami Beach: #910 Miami Beach, FL; Aventura: NE 27th Court #205, Aventura, FL; Causeway: Causeway Square, 1801 NE 123rd Street, #414, North Miami, FL.
