Back-office Specialist with Spanish

Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesJoin METTLER TOLEDO and contribute to an efficient order to cash process with many different customers and various different departments.
As a Back-office Specialist you will receive purchase orders directly from the end customer, enter these into SAP and sort out all possible obstacles until the customer receives the ordered products. In addition, you will deliver customer services to Mettler-Toledo end customers via email.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Entering purchase orders into SAP in an efficient and accurate way. Ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data stored into SAP. Sorting out order related queries and obstacles internally and externally. Being part of the continuous improvements society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement project.What You Need to SucceedAt least 1 year of professional experience in a customer service/administration,Good knowledge of Spanish and English (min.
