Location Requirements: Must live within 50 miles and be able to work in our Las Vegas site at 420 E Pilot rd., Las Vegas, NV, 89119
Core Responsibilities: Resolve escalated consumer issues and communicate updates and resolutions through various channel Investigate cases, identify solutions, and make decisions balancing company policies and consumer needs Work with teams to address recurring issues and provide training to improve front-line support Monitor and identify potentially fraudulent activities Document and track all support activities and resolutions in the company's ticketing system Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in a consumer or technical support role Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role preferred Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customer Familiar with data management and administrative tasks Must be 18+ years of age High school diploma (or GED equivalent) Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Must pass a criminal background Work with us and Enjoy: $17/h 100% paid training Benefits including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401k retirement plan with company match Employee discounts Referral bonuses About Foundever™
