Job Description One of our largest clients is hiring for a backend developer. On a day-to-day basis, youll be working with a team of 10 to modernize their application, which involves upgrading an outdated tech stack and implementing new client features. In this role, youll focus on optimizing and maintaining our data warehouse and SQL processes. Day-to-day, youll work with SQL and SSIS to manage data flows, manually update reports, and handle backup repositories by restoring them to various environments, applying updates, and saving new versions in cold storage. Youll also enhance the efficiency of SQL jobs and reports, improving data processing and performance. Additionally, youll develop APIs using C# within the .NET Framework, working to streamline how data is processed across systems. Familiarity with PowerShell and shell scripting will be essential for automating report tasks and managing the Microsoft Suite environment. This position requires a proactive approach to handling large data volumes and ensuring optimal processing for business needs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this task-oriented environment.
